    JD:
    2.1 Responsible for supporting Head - HSE in achieving Corporate HSE objectives
    2.2 Coordinate, monitor, interact and communicate with CMS(s), Project Head(s), Site(s), Department(s), other HO/Regional HSE Coordinator(s), Head - HSE, Client(s), Employee(s), and other stakeholders (internal or external), as required, for:
    - Ensuring timely documentation related to HSE
    - Provision of support related to HSE training
    - Providing support for HSE related queries
    - Reporting and communicating performance and information pertaining to HSE
    - Conduct / Coordinating the conduct of HSE audits, and action on findings reported from such audits
    - Conduct /Coordinating the conduct of HSE committee meetings, and action on decisions taken at these meetings
    - Conduct / Coordinating the conduct of investigations related to HSE incidents
    - Coordinating with all concerned for recruitment/transfer of HSE personnel and for their competence assessment prior to employment/transfer
    - Conduct / Coordinating for the celebration of Safety Month and other commemorative days
    - Preparation and submission of award applications
    - Estimating safety budget as and when required.
    - Any other matter related to improving and sustaining HSE performance
    2.3 Documentation
    2.3.1 Support new sites for preparation and submission of plans, procedures, formats, etc.
    2.3.2 Review of documents submitted by sites
    - Plans, procedures, formats, etc.
    - Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC)
    - Aspect Impact
    - Legal register
    - Onsite Emergency Response and Preparedness (OERP) Plan

    - HIRAC/AI library review
    - Develop and restructure existing/new documents, formats, etc. after assessing suitability and adequacy of processes
    2.3.4 Provide timely reminders to sites for submission of HSE related documentation
    2.4 Training
    - Impart orientation to new site HSE-in-charges, on HSE management systems
    - Communicate and follow up on adequacy of HSE-related competence at site.
    - Develop various training modules, including e-learning modules for HSE
    - Manage and conduct training with the support of Training Department.
    - Track training imparted by HSE personnel at Sites
    - Maintain list of trained resources at site and monitor their performance.
    - Establish knowledge sharing process for learning and updating with current/advance safety practices as deemed necessary.
    2.5 HSE Meeting (HSEM) by Sites
    - Follow-up with sites regarding constitution of their HSE committee conforming to legal requirements 
    - Finalize with Site, a tentative date for conducting their HSEM each month.
    - Maintain records of composition of HSE committees of sites and their meeting date, and periodically follow-up with sites for updating the same with amendments, if any.
    - Follow-up with sites to track any amendments made in the committee, or their meeting dates, and maintain records of such amendments
