Retail Store Manager
Manage store operations
Will be responsible for customer service quality
Ensure that periodic sales targets are met
Set and monitor sales targets for the staff
Monitors and prepares store conversions rate on a daily and monthly level
Preparing monthly product performance Reports
Monitors the quantity of sales, pertaining to up selling /upgrading and cross-selling in store
Controls opening and closing cash transactions for accuracy, provides the reports immediately in cases of differences
Assures accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, correct change, and management of bill receipts.
Achievement of sales targets
Co-ordinate with the ARM about the monthly targets Explain the sales targets to the staff about the morning briefing Contribute to the team efforts for accomplishing desired results. Below the line activities store promotion initiatives.
Improves performance of store after thorough analysis of store financials Able to drive diverse actions, including change in store layout and VM
Leadership
Constantly guides & give feedback to team members on performance Constantly focuses on development of the team members Allocates the work in such a manner that it helps in employee development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Should have front end retail experience.
High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Computer literate with adequate exposure to MS office/Email Communications
Deep understanding of retail store financials and KPIs, product knowledge, trend spotting, good communication skills, relationship management with consumers and team building

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
gathering market and customer information;
checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations, calculating and tracking retail KPIs viz. EBV, EBS, SSPD, Store revenue, customer conversion, repeat sales, UPT
feeding future buying trends back to employers;
attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Ensuring Store maintenance & store cleanliness in line with the SOPs and customer service requirement
Ensuring product, stock and cash keeping in line with the SOPs.
