Solvent Extraction (Rice Bran Oil) 
Solvent extraction is processing of Rice Bran, a by-product of Rice Milling.
Renewable Power 
The company has biomass & solar based power plants and is expanding by setting-up large-scale solar and biomass power plants across India.
Warehousing and Storage-Infrastructure 
The company has a large number of warehouses for food storage which is located in the state of U.P, Haryana and Punjab.

    • Responsible for end to end recruitment process from screening to successful joining of the candidate
    • Work with the Hiring Managers in understanding the Resource Needs
    • Work with various sources to identify suitable candidate.
    • Identify and Screen prospective candidates based on the job requirements & job specification.
    • Evaluate the candidates based on the readiness and fit into the organization.
    • Recruitment Channel Management Identifying and developing innovative channels for recruitment in addition to the conventional sources of portals and consultants.
    • Prepare and negotiate offer with shortlisted candidates.
    • Prepare and analyze recruitment MIS on a regular basis to keep a track on the TAT for closure of each position and also to ensure control on hiring cost.
    • Conducting and supporting for joining formalities of new entrants.
    • Assurance of proper documentation of new joinees.
