    WIPRO BPS is hiring for technical & non-technical profile (EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION REQUIRED with TECH KNOWLEDGE)
    INTERVIEW TIME : 12 to 3 PM
    INTERVIEW DATE : Monday to Friday(10am-3pm)

    Education Criteria:

    Fresher candidates (18-45 years of age).

    Graduates (BCA, B.tech, B.Sc [IT] are eligible.

    BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible

    Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred.

    CA, CS, M.Tech, MCA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Ed, LLB etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible.

    Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible.

    Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible.

    Job Profile : Technical client/customer dealing over phone & emails,client handling,LAN networking,networking,resolving technical issue over phone.

    Responsibilities:

    Helping customers solve technical issues with computers and Peripherals

    Handling Customer information with Integrity and Sensitivity.

    Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of Products.

    Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation.

    Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.

    Skills Required:

    Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

    Typing Skills: 30 WPM 90% accuracy

    Basic understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals

    Working knowledge of operating systems, software, hardware, and networking with Microsoft, Apple OS X, iOS, and Android, etc

    Time :24*7 shift(One way transport)
