Role: Technical/ Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contractual)

Experience: 3-5 Yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Job & responsibilities:-
 
Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings)
Proficient in using online tools (Dice, Monster, Career builder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn for searching candidates.
Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Must have experience working with third party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in quick turnaround time.
