    Quantify a range of construction projects including but not limited to commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, and sports. 
    Quantify and estimate Civil, MEP and External Works. Includes the development of a detailed BOQ at the tender stage.
    Interpret both 2-D and 3-D design documents at different design stages, including concept, schematic, DD, GFC, to quantify what is shown and what may need to be included on drawings.

    Effectively communicate with project team to resolve conflicts in interpretation.
    Communicate with project teams to understand and incorporate construction methodologies into the quantification and estimation process.
    Provide advice and clarity during the quantification process. Analyze Variation Orders (
    Conduct regular design reviews with owner, cost consultant, other consultants and contractors to follow up on cost issues. 
    Release reports including cost to completion against budget, variance reports, trends, cash flow programs, contingency status, and forecasts for review. 
    Evaluate, analyze and review all contemplated variations in collaboration with the concerned Consultants for cost and time impact to identify the extent of financial exposure. 
    Receive and Analyze Cost Claims
